If you haven’t logged on to www.horicon.lib. wi.us in a while, you’re in for a beautiful surprise when you do! Gone is the clunky, cluttered library homepage; in its place is an artfully designed, fully interactive site destined to bring the Horicon Public Library into the 21st Century.
Shannon Barniskis, the library’s youth services librarian who is also the new site’s designer, shares why she undertook the massive project:“I cared about the website and I wanted something sleeker and more modern,” Barniskis reports.
